  1. Reservations and Deposits

    1. To book an appointment for our services, a deposit is required. The deposit is necessary to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

    2.  The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the appointment with less than 2 hours notice or fail to attend the scheduled appointment

    3.  You may make your deposit via [accepted payment method] prior to the scheduled appointment date.

  2. Changes and Cancellation

    1. If you need to change the date or time of your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 4 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment change request, subject to availability.

    2. If you cancel your appointment with less than 2 hours notice or fail to attend, you will lose your deposit.

  3. Service Condition

    1. The 3D Microblading and Brow Lamination services are subject to evaluation and approval by Pigmentus PR. If it is determined after the evaluation that you are not a suitable candidate for these services, you will be informed and your deposit will be refunded

    2. The results of the services may vary per individual and may require additional sessions to achieve desired outcomes.

    1. Before receiving our services, you will be provided with an informed consent form that you must read and complete. This form contains important information about the procedures, potential risks, and aftercare.

  5. Pricing and Payment
